• What is your response to Covid-19?

We aim to be part of the solution to COVID-19 in our community. As part of our regular domestic cleaning, we kill germs on surfaces with our GECA-certified cleaning products. We now disinfect touchpoints throughout your home using an enzyme-based disinfectant that the World Health Organisation has deemed effective against COVID-19.

While in your home, our staff will practice social distancing protocols. Our staff are also Covid-19-aware and will only enter your home if they are well. 


  • What is a “M&M Clean”?

At M&M Clean, we are conscious of the impact of cleaning activities on people and the environment. To minimise this impact, we are committed to: 

We are using environmentally preferred cleaning products, preferably carrying GECA certification. 

Apply greener cleaning and admin practices such as using microfibre cloths, reusable spray bottles, concentrated cleaning products, buying bulk to reduce plastic packaging where possible, and using electronic paperwork.

  • Do I need to sign a subscription/contract to schedule regular cleaning?

No. Although we recommend booking our cleans weekly or fortnightly, we will not tie you into a contract.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning, please give us as much notice as possible so we can make other arrangements for our staff.  


  • What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your cleaning, please get in touch with us within 24 hours, and we will return to rectify the issue. 


  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You may prefer to be home to meet us for the first clean, or you may choose to leave a key. It’s entirely up to you. 


  • Who will be in my house during the cleaning?

We will send a team of one or two professional cleaners to clean your home. Unless unable to due to sickness or time off, we will always send the same staff to your home to build trust and ensure cleaning consistency. All of our staff are vetted and hold Australian police checks. 


  • What do I need to supply?

Nothing. Our cleaners will bring our green cleaning products, equipment and HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaner. However, please help us by removing items from the floor, bench and table tops where possible. 

Please advise us if you have unique products you would prefer us to use (e.g., on timber floors or stone surfaces). Provided that they are safe for our staff, it shouldn’t be a problem.


  • Do you clean on holidays or weekends?

We believe in providing our staff with an appropriate work-life balance. Our staff are not required to work on weekends or public holidays. We can arrange a catch-up clean if your regular clean falls on a public holiday. We can occasionally do cleans on the weekend for an additional charge. 


  • What is your policy on pets?

We love pets. Please ensure that your fur baby is put away somewhere safe on the day of your cleaning, as the last thing we want is an escape! Removing pet hair from surfaces can sometimes add to the time it takes us to clean your home.
